Prawns satay
CORIANDER GARLIC PRAWNS /PRAWNS SATAY
INGREDIENTS
- Prawns – 20 nos [ cleaned and deveined ]
- Garlic – 4 nos
- Fresh coriander leaves – 1 cup
- Pepper pwdr – ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
- Herbs / oregano – ½ tsp
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Olive oil – 1 tsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Sugar – ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Wooden skewers
PREPARATION
- Make a coarse mixture of garlic and coriander leaves in mixie or mortar pestle .
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well . [except the prawns ]
- Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl .
- Mix well , the marinade is ready .
- Add the prawns , mix well till all the prawns are coated well with the marinade .
- Keep aside for minimum 30 mins or more in fridge .
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for some time .

Skewer the prawns in the wooden stick .
Heat 1 or 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium flame .
Arrange the skewered prawns on it .
Cook the prawns on each side for 5 mins ,until they are cooked completely.
Once done arrange on serving plate and serve with sauce or dips of your choice
***Add spices as per taste .
