METHOD

Heat oil in a deep pan for frying .

As the oil gets hot , take 1 banana and scrape the outer covering as shown in the video .

We need to make in small batches , so one at a time .else the banana will change colour .

Use a slicer and start slicing the banana on a plate .just 1 banana at a time .

Slide in the slices one by one in the hot oil .[ the slices should be separated ]

Stir and fry on high flame.

After 2 mins, sprinkle 1 tsp salt water all over – be careful .

Now again stir and fry for 2 mins .

Now lower the flame and fry till the chips become translucent , light golden and crisp  .

While frying keep stirring for even frying .

Drain and remove on absorbent paper .

Now sprinkle any spice of your choice and mix when the chips are hot .

When the first batch is about to ready, slice next batch and keep it ready. So as soon as you remove the first batch from oil, add this sliced second batch.

Repeat the same for rest.

Store them in an airtight container, and they will be good for up to 15-20 days.
