Watermelon popsicle

                                                            WATERMELON ICE CANDY

INGREDIENTS

• Water melon – ½
• Sugar – 2 or 3 tbsp depending on the sweetness of the fruit
• Ice candy moulds

METHOD

Peel and chop the watermelon into small cubes.

Blend it with sugar .

Strain the juice and pour in the moulds.

Freeze it for minimum 8 hrs or overnight.

Once done keep the mould under running tap for few seconds to release it easily.

Demould the ice candy and serve it .

NOTES

1. While blending ,pulse beat it or blend on low speed ,so that the seeds don’t get grinded.
2. Don’t reduce sugar.
3. Avoid the seeds.
4. You can also add lemon juice.
5. Don’t add water while blending.
6. You can also add few small pieces of watermelon while freezing .
