KERALA STYLE RED COCONUT CHUTNEY FOR IDLIS AND DOSA
INGREDIENTS
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Red chilli – 4 to 5 or as per taste
Small onion – 3 or 4 .
Ginger – 1 small piece
Garlic 1
Tamarind – Small piece
Salt & water
Coconut oil or regular oil- 2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad dal – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – few
Red chilli – 1 broken
Small onion – 2 or 3 . (Sliced thinly)
