Watermelon salad
WATERMELON SALAD
INGREDIENTS
- Skinless and seedless water melon cubes – 4 cup
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Pepper pwdr – ¼ tsp or as per taste
- Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice – 2 or 3 tsp or as per taste
- Mint leaves thinly sliced or torn – 2 tbsp
- Small paneer cubes or cheese cubes – 3 or 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
METHOD
Take a mixing bowl .
Add olive oil + pepper pwdr + chaat masala + salt + lemon juice .
Whisk well .
Now add the mint leaves and mix .
Add the water melon cubes paneer or cheese and toss well ,so that they are evenly coated with dressing .
Once done ,refrigerate and serve.
NOTES
- It tastes better when chilled .If you don’t have time to refrigerate ,then keep the watermelon in fridge before making.
- You can add other ingredients of your choice like sprouts /cucumber etc.
