INGREDIENTS
- Chilled hung Curd – 1 Cup
- Sugar – 1 Tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chaat Masala – 1 Tsp
- Red chilli pwdr – ½ tsp
- Boiled mashed Potato – 2
- Boiled kala chana / moong sprouts – ¼ cup
- Homemade chaat green chutney – 2 Tbsp
- Homemade sweet tamarind Chutney – 3 Tbsp
- Onion finely chopped – ¼ cup
- Nylon sev – 3 Tbsp
- Pomegranate as needed
- Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnish
METHOD
Take 1 kg curd in a muslin cloth. Tie it and hang it for few hours .
Season our hung curd with some sugar and salt and keep it in the fridge for cooling
Now assemble the Chaat board, on any platter or a board, layer chilled hung yogurt.
Top it with all remanining ingredients one by one as shown in video .
Serve with any papdi / crackers / chips/ nachos etc .
