INGREDIENTS

  • Chilled hung Curd – 1 Cup
  • Sugar – 1 Tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat Masala – 1 Tsp
  • Red chilli pwdr – ½ tsp
  • Boiled mashed Potato – 2
  • Boiled kala chana / moong sprouts – ¼ cup
  • Homemade chaat green  chutney – 2 Tbsp
  • Homemade sweet tamarind Chutney – 3 Tbsp
  • Onion finely chopped – ¼ cup
  • Nylon sev – 3 Tbsp
  • Pomegranate as needed
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves  for garnish

METHOD

Take 1 kg curd in  a muslin cloth. Tie it and hang it for few hours .

Season our hung curd with some sugar and salt and keep it in the fridge for cooling
Now  assemble the Chaat board, on any platter or a board, layer chilled hung yogurt.

Top it with all remanining ingredients one by one as shown in video .

Serve with any  papdi / crackers / chips/ nachos etc .
