Dill leaves with potato
SUVA ALOO KI SABJI / DILL LEAVES WITH POTATO / SHEPU ALOO KI SABJI
Rich in antioxidants and a good source of vitamin C, magnesium, and vitamin A, dill may have several benefits for health, including protection against heart disease and cancer.
INGREDIENTS
- Dill leaves – 1 small bunch chopped
- Oil – 1 or 2 tbsp
- Jeera – 1 tsp
- Garlic crushed or grated – 1 tbsp
- Potato cubes – 2 medium potato
- Green chilli – 1
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli pwdr – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp

METHOD
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
Once hot add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle.
Then add garlic and green chilies. Saute for few seconds
Add potatoes and mix.
Cover the pan. And cook till potatoes are 80% cooked.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped dill leaves.
Mix well and cook till the leaves shrink and potatoes are cooked completely.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice and mix.
Turn off the stove
