Italian chicken fry recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken boneless breast – 1
  • Butter -1 tbsp
  • Grated cheese – 1 cube [grated ]
  • Oregano -1/4 tsp
  • Finely chopped garlic – ½ tbsp
  • Pepper + chilli flakes – 1 tsp
  • Mayo – 1 tbsp [optional ]
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread slices – 3
  • Mixed herbs little
  • Oil to shallow fry or use 2 tbsp of olive oil and pan fry it.

PREPARATION

  1. Clean wash and pat dry the chicken breast .If it is too fat ,slice it through the centre .
  2. Blend the bread slices into pwdr to make fresh bread crumbs.

METHOD

Take the chicken pieces, add butter + oregano + garlic + pepper + mayo + salt and mix well. Keep aside for some time .

Take the fresh bread crumbs in plate, mix with it grated cheese + little pepper and mixed herbs.

Roll the marinated chicken pieces in the bread crumbs nicely, till it is coated well all over.

Heat oil in a pan, place the chicken pieces in it.

Fry it on both sides till it is cooked on medium flame .[ 4 to 5 mins on each side ]

Remove on an absorbent paper.[ don’t burn it ]

Serve hot with any dips and salad.

Goes well as  a side dish for pasta.

NOTES

  1. Before coating with bread crumbs, you can dip it in beaten egg.
  2. You can also bake .
