Chew a spoonful of raw ajwain seeds every day in the morning. Maintain a gap of half an hour between eating ajwain and having your breakfast. If you have these seeds the first thing in the morning, they help your body release digestive juices which can make digestion better.
INGREDIENTS
Ajwain – 2 tsp
Water – 2 cup
Ajwain is a natural digestive aid which helps clean the digestive tract. It also boosts metabolism and aids in weight loss. The best time to drink Ajwain water is on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Acidity due to indigestion can also be treated with this Ajwain Water.
METHOD
Take 2 tsp ajwain + 2 cup water and allow it to boil .
Boil till it reduces to half . [ 10 to 15 min on medium flame ]
Strain it .
Serve warm for health benefits early morning on an empty stomach .
Avoid eating anything for next 30 mins
