Chapati and poori dough in 1 minute
CHAPATI AND POORI DOUGH IN 1 MINUTE /MIXIE DOUGH /HOW TO MAKE ROTI DOUGH IN MIXIE
INGREDIENTS
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Water – ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tsp [ optional ]
- Mixie
METHOD
Take a big mixie jar .
First add flour . [ always flour first ]
Then add salt .
Add water .
Blend once for few seconds .
Open , check .
Again blend for few seconds.
*** Here if you feel dough is dry ,just sprinkle few drops of water .
***Quantity of water depends on quality of flour .For me ½ cup was enough.
Now open again and add oil .
Again blend for few seconds.
The dough is ready .
Scrape and remove the dough in a plate and roll it with hands .
That’s it .
Dough for chapati and poori is ready in few seconds.
Don’t worry about cleaning the jar ,soak it and wash .OR blend with plain water the blades will get cleared .
