INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1cup milk boiled and cooled
- 2 tbsp coco powder
- 2 tbsp sugar / brown sugar / honey / maple syrup
- 1 or 2 drops of vanilla essence [ optional ]OR ½ tsp coffee pwdr OR pinch of cinnamon pwdr
NOTES – perfect chia pudding consistency is 4 – 5 Tablespoons of chia seeds to 1 cup of liquid.

METHOD
Take chia seeds + sugar + cocoa pwdr + essence in a bowl and mix well using a whisk .
Graduallu add milk and keep stirring to avoid any lump formation .
Set aside undisturbed for 15 mins to allow the seeds to bloom .
Once the seeds bloom completely , give it another stir/shake to break up any clumps of chia seeds,
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Serve chilled topped with any fruits/ dry fruit / choco chips .
NOTES
- You can use almond milk / soya milk /coconut milk /cashew milk
- Instead of sugar blnd and use banana as sweetner .
- Use 3 tbsp chia seeds for goey consistency and 4 tbsp for thick consistency
