Easy egg masala fry
EGG MASALA FRY RECIPE

One egg has only 75 calories but 7 grams of high-quality protein, 5 grams of fat, and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, along with iron, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids. The egg is a powerhouse of disease-fighting nutrients like lutein and zeaxanthin.
This eggs recipe is a simple recipe which can be a protein booster in the morning or as a mid meal time snack. But though the boiled eggs seems simple enough to prepare, we can either undercook or overcook the eggs.
Eggs are one of the most versatile foods in the world of gastronomy – add them to your salad and voila, you have an excellent protein rich breakfast / meal ready for you. You can serve it as your side dish in dinner.
One of the best sources of protein and can be made in a jiffy, boiled eggs are popular when it comes to a scrumptious breakfast, lunch, snack or even dinner. Boiled eggs are packed with rich nutrients like proteins, vitamins, minerals along with essential fatty acids, eggs are replete with health-benefiting properties
INGREDIENTS
- 5 boiled eggs….
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/2tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp aamchur powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste…

METHOD
Boil the eggs for 12 mins . How to boil eggs
shell the eggs .
Cut the boiled eggs into halves….
Heat oil in a kadhai…..Lower the flame and add the masala pwdrs
Stir fry for few seconds .
Add eggs , sprinkle few drops of water and gently toss it .
See that the masalas are evenly coated and eggs should not break……[ be gentle while mixing / tossing ]
Garnish with coriander leaves + finely chopped onions and serve.
