EGGLESS CHOCO FUDGE COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
- Butter – 90 gms
- Castor Sugar – 50 gms
- Milk – 50 ml
- Dark / Milk chocolate – 150 gms
- Maida – 150 gms
- Baking soda – 1/4th tsp
- Dark Chocolate chunks – 75 gms ( chopped into small chunks )
Method-
Cream Butter + Sugar together in a mixing bowl.
Gradually add milk and keep mixing .
Add melted Chocolate + all dry Ingredients and mix.
Add choco chunks .
Refrigerate for 1 hr.
Make small balls of around 15 gm each n line them on a baking tray lined with butter paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 – 16 minutes only.
