Garlic chana
GARLIC CHANA / LEHSUNI CHANA / CHANA FRY
INGREDIENTS
- Boiled chana – 2 cup
- Garlic unpeeled – 1 cup
- Red chilli pwdr as required
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala
- Oil to deep fry

PREPARATION
Crush each and every garlic with skin .It is must ,else the garlic will burst on frying .
Heat oil in apan fro deep frying .
Add the garlic and fry on medium flame till light golden .
Drain and remove.
Add the boiled chanas and fry till crispy and golden.
Remove.
Take both fried items together in a bowl.
Add salt + red chilli pwdr + chaat masala and toss it well .
Serve hot as side dish .
While eating remember to eat the fried garlic also and discard the skin .
