GRAPE JUICE

Grape juice reduces bad cholesterol, helps maintain healthy blood pressure, prevents damage to blood vessels in your heart, and reduces the risk of blood clots.

Taking grapes or its juice recipe on a daily basis will help increase potassium in the body that helps keep away problems like heart stroke and prevent loss of muscle mass and bone mineral density among other benefits.

GRAPE JUICE

INGREDIENTS

  • Red or black grapes – 1 kg
  • Water – ½ cup

Destem the grapes and discard any dry or rotten grapes. You can also remove any unripe grapes.

Clean , wash , rinse the grapes. [ grapes is loaded with pesticides , so clean well before use ]

Discard the seeds if any .

Take grapes + water in a mixie jar / blender .

Blend well. 

Strain pulp if desired OR serve directly .

Serve chilled.

VARIATIONS

  1. We can add juice of 1 small lemon /grated ginger mint leaves  .
  2. I have not added sugar as the grapes were very sweet .
  3. If add sugar , for healthier juice use palm sugar or jaggery.
  4. We can also add roasted jeera pwdr / chaat masala / black salt .
