INDO CHINESE CABBAGE MANCHURIAN
INGREDIENTS
⦁ Cabbage Finely shredded /grated – 2 Cups
⦁ Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
⦁ Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
⦁ Salt – 1 tsp
⦁ Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
⦁ Corn Flour – 3 1/2 tbsp
⦁ Maida – 3 1/2 tbsp
⦁ Oil – to deep fry
⦁ Garlic finely minced – 1 tbsp
⦁ Green Chilli finely minced – 1 or 2 tsp or as per taste
⦁ Onion finely chopped – 1 tbsp
⦁ Capsicum thin strips – 2 tbsp [optional ]
⦁ Red Chilli Sauce – 2 tbsp
⦁ Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
⦁ Schezwan sauce – 1 tsp
⦁ Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
⦁ sugar – 1/4 tsp
⦁ Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
⦁ Water – 1/2 cup
⦁ Corn Flour slurry – 1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water
⦁ Spring Onion Greens to garnish
