A very easy method of making langar wali dal. Put both dals (split black gram 3/4 cup & Channa dal1/4 cup) after washing several times . Pressure cook along with salt haldi, chopped onion tomatoes, grated ginger and garlic. Then give tadka of jeera ,heeng, garam masala. dhania powder, red chilli powder and Kasturi methi in ghee. Add to dal. Simmer for 5 more minutes. It’s done Serve hot with plain rice .
