Mango popsicle recipe

                                                                                    MANGO  POPSICLE

INGREDIENTS

  • Ripe Mango – 2
  • Sugar – 4
  • Water – 1 cup
mango popsicle

METHOD

Peel the skin and chop the mangoes into small pieces.

Blend the mango + sugar + water into smooth juice.

Strain the juice.

Pour the juice in the popsicle mould ,cover and freeze overnight or min 8 hrs.

Once done ,either soak the mould in water or keep under running tap for few secs.

Remove and serve.

NOTES

  1. Water can be replaced with milk or yogurt .
  2. Sugar can be replaced with honey.
  3. Adjust sugar as per your  taste and the fruits sweetness , but don’t reduce .
  4. Use pulpy fruit.
  5. You can add few bits  or slice of fruit before freezing.
  6. If you don’t have popsicle mould , use paper / plastic cups and cover with aluminium foil and use ice cream sticks.
  7. Try same recipe for black grapes popsicle and watermelon.
