Simple bhindi fry
SIMPLE BHINDI FRY / LADIES FINGER FRY
INGREDIENTS
- Ladies finger – 15 nos
- Oil – ½ tbsp.
- Chilli pwdr – ½ tsp
- Turmeric pwdr – ¼ tsp.
- Salt as per taste
- Chaat masala
METHOD
Wash and pat dry the ladies finger with a cloth.
Cut it slantingly into not very thin or thick pieces.
Heat oil in a pan .
Add the ladiesfinger and saute for 10 minutes on medium low flame till it is done.[ light brown ]
Add chilli pwdr + turmeric pwdr + salt and mix well.
Off the flame and sprinkle little chaat masala.
NOTES
Masalas can be added as per taste even sambar masala can be used.
You can add onion.
Instead of red chilli pwdr use green chillies
While tempering give a twist of ajwain.
You can also add amchur pwdr.
You can add this bhindi fry into your curd or besan kadhi .
