PANEER CHEESE BREAD ROLLS
- Bread slices as required – fresh and soft
- Scrambled paneer – 1 cup
- Onion very finely chopped – ¼ cup
- Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
- Cheese grated – 1 cube
- Chilli flakes – 1 tsp or as per taste
- Mixed herbs /oregano – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste

Scramble it . [scrambled texture is better than grating ]
- Trim off the edges of the bread.
Make a mixture of paneer + cheese + oregano + chilli flakes + salt + coriander leaves + onion .
**** add onions while making the sandwich as onions leave water. [sweat ]
Take one bread slice ,roll it into a thin slice using a rolling pin .
Apply some butter.
Leaving ½ inch gap ,spread the paneer mixture on the slice .
Roll the bread by pressing gently till the end.
Apply some water and stick the side,to make a roll.
Apply ghee / butter all over.
Heat a tava and fry on low flame [ keep turning ] till is uniformly toasted from all sides
Serve hot with green chutney + ketchup
- You can also make a sweet version by stuffing Nutella /jam .
- You can also bake it in preheated oven @ 180 *C for 15 – 20 mins till crispy .
- You can use tofu instead of paneer .
- Y not try with egg burji or scrambled egg or kheema or poatato corn mixture.
