CHICKEN CURRY FOR BACHELORS

COOKING MEAT WITH BONES : The bone itself yields minerals like calcium and phosphorus. Sodium, magnesium, potassium, sulfur and silicon are also present. Marrow: Bone marrow gives you vitamin A, vitamin K2, omega-3s, omega-6s and minerals like iron, zinc, selenium, boron and manganese.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken – ½ Kg
- Oil – 2 or 3 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion – 2 big
- green chilli – 2
- Salt
- Tomato puree – 2
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp or as per taste
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala – ¾ tsp
- Coriander leaves for garnish
PREPARATION
- Clean , wash , rinse the chicken pieces .
- Drain out all the water .
- Marinate it with little salt + little turmeric and keep aside for minimum 30 mins.

Heat oil in a pan , add onion + green chilli and stir fry till golden.
Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry till raw smell leaves.
Add tomato puree and stir fry till oil separates.
Add all masala pwdrs and stir fry for a min .
Add chicken pieces and mix well.
Stir fry for a min .
Add 1 or 11/2 cup water and mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame for 20 mins till the chicken is done .
Finally garnish with coriander leaves .
Serve hot with rice or any bread varieties.
NOTE
Adjust masalas as per taste .
