INGREDIENTS

  • Chilled milk – 2 cup [full fat milk boiled and cooled ]
  • Cocoa pwdr – ½ tbsp [ unsweetened ]
  • Coffee pwdr – 1 ½ tbsp [sunrise / bru / nescafe ]
  • Sugar – 2 – 3 tbsp as per taste
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Ice cubes – few
  • Vanilla or chocolate icecream for topping
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Tall glass

PREPARATION [ DECOTION ]

  1. Boil water , lower the flame and add cocoa pwdr + coffee pwdr + sugar stir and boil till sugar melts and the decotion becomes thick .Let it cool.
  2. Drizzle few drops of chocolate syrup around the glass , swirl the glass and keep it in the freezer.

METHOD

Blend chilled milk + 3 tbsp of decotion + ice cubes till frothy in a mixer or use a hand blender.

Adjust sugar if needed.

Pour it in the glass, top it with a scoop of ice cream and serve it with a straw to sip.

You can garnish with grated chocolate.

NOTES

  1. Instead of ice cubes blend the ice cream together for chilled drink.
  2. You can refrigerate and use the decotion later.
