Coriander lemon detox juice
CORIANDER LEMON DETOX JUICE
INGREDIENTS
- Fresh coriander leaves – ½ cup chopped or 10 strands
- Warm Water – 1 cup
- Lemon juice – ½ lemon
METHOD
Blend the coriander leaves to a fine paste adding 2 tbsp of water.
Mix this to the warm water .
Squeeze in the lemon juice .
And have it immediately .
Best time to have is early morning in empty stomach or half an hour before your meal.
Skip tea.
Just consume it for 5 days. [ not more than 5 days ]
NOTE
- Consult your doctor before trying .
- Instead of coriander use parsley .
