INGREDIENTS

  • Fresh coriander leaves – ½ cup chopped or 10 strands
  • Warm Water – 1 cup
  • Lemon juice – ½ lemon
CORIANDER LEMON DETOX JUICE

METHOD

Blend the coriander leaves to a fine paste adding 2 tbsp of water.

Mix this to the warm water .

Squeeze in the lemon juice .

And have it immediately .

Best time to have is early morning in empty stomach or half an hour before your meal.

Skip tea.

Just consume it for 5 days. [ not more than 5 days ]

NOTE

  1. Consult your doctor before trying .
  2. Instead of coriander use parsley .
