Cucumber cooler recipe
CUCUMBER COOLER RECIPE

Cucumber juice is a highly alkalizing and hydrating drink that is rich in nutrients such as vitamins A, C, K, magnesium, silicon, and potassium. It has the ability to cleanse and detox the entire body as well as help to alleviate digestive problems such as gastritis, acidity, heartburn, indigestion, and ulcers.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 big Cucumber
- 2 tbsp or as per taste Sugar or honey or jaggery
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- Ice Cubes
- 3 cups Water chilled
- Lemon rings and mint leaves for garnishing
It is also an ideal way to properly hydrate the body since it is contains beneficial electrolytes that have the ability to bring nutrients and hydration deep into the cells and tissues making it far more effective than water alone.
METHOD
Blend the cucumber in a blender with sugar, mint leaves .
Now add 1 cup of water and blend again
Strain using a sieve.
Discard the pulp.
Add lemon juice, black salt and remaining water in the cucumber juice.
Pour the drink in the glass with few ice cubes.
Garnish with lemon ring and mint leaves.
Serve immediately.

It has the ability to help reduce edema, bloating and swelling in the body.
