Egg balls /omelette balls
EGG BALLS /OMELETTE BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs.
- 1 small onion finely chopped .
- 1tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves .
- 1 green chilli finely chopped .
- Salt as per taste.
- Grated cheese 1 cube .
- Red Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp(optional ).
- While making for kids replace chilli with pepper pwdr.
- 1 tbsp oil or oil as required to grease the appe pan.
METHOD
Whisk the egg with salt till fluffy.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Heat the appe pan on medium low flame.
Add little oil in each section.
Add 1tbsp of egg mixture in each section.
Use a wooden stick to check whether it’s cooked by slowly trying to turn the balls.
It’s should not turn dark brown.
Once done slowly turn all the balls.
Put little oil if required.
Once cooked on the other side ,then remove it from the pan.
Serve hot with sauce.
Two eggs gave 12 balls
Kids love it.
