Fuljar soda is a newly trending spicy cool drink in Kerala  Fuljar soda is made by adding a masala concoction to chilled soda. Claimed to have origins from Kerala, no one knows who created the Fuljar (pronounced as ‘full jar’)

The drink got attention first by its name.  It is called Fuljar to mean a full jar because it overflows the big glass used for drinking this soda,

Iis a masala drink which has made a grant entry in the heart of Malayalis. The unique style of preparation and taste is the highlight of this drink. It is prepared by immersing a small shot glass of masala juice into a large glass of soda. As soon as the masala glass immersed into the soda, it forth up in the large glass. It tastes good when it is consumed immediately after immersing the masala into the soda.
