Green anda malai kheema recipe
GREEN EGG MALAI KHEEMA RECIPE / BOILED EGG KHEEMA
Eating the egg white and yolk together in a whole egg provides the right balance of protein, fat, and calories.
Egg yolks have their share of nutrients too. Egg protein is highly bio- available and both the egg white and the yolk help support muscle building.Compared to egg whites, the yolk contains most of an egg’s good stuff, including the bulk of its iron, folate and vitamins. The yolks also contain two nutrients—lutein and zeaxanthin—that support eye and brain health.
Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high-quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white, which also includes vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat than the yolk. Eggs are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.
Eggs contain a known chemical compound called choline. While you may have never heard of it, choline is integral to keeping brain cells healthy, specifically by strengthening their membranes and helping them keep their structure. That means your brain will be able to stay sharp and healthy for a longer time.

If you’ve ever eaten an egg, you know that they’re very filling, and you don’t have to eat a lot of them to feel satisfied. Thanks to their filling nature, eating an egg means you’ll feel full with less food, and won’t have to fill up with empty calories to feel satisfied.
Eggs are a pregnant woman’s best friend when it comes to helping her baby develop. Their protein helps build muscle and bone tissues, and their vitamins and minerals help the development of, well, everything else! Choline, that chemical that helps your brain out, is also crucial to fetal brain development, and choline deficiencies can lead to a number of birth defects, some of which can be very serious.
