Pav bhaji masala as the name suggests is a blend of spices used in the preparation of the bhaji used in Pav Bhaji. It combines spices like red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, cinnamon, clove, black cardamom, dry mango powder, fennel seeds and turmeric powder.
A great combination of nutritious mixed vegetables in a lip-smacking tomato base, Paav Bhaji is one of the best ways to get your kids to eat their veggies. METHOD
Pav are Indian bread rolls. In the streets and in restaurants, pav bhaji is made on a large flat tawa (griddle).
Street sellers usually cook the curry on a flat griddle (tava) and serve the dish hot. A soft white bread roll is the usual accompaniment to the curry, but this does not preclude the use of other bread varieties such as chapati, roti or brown bread.
