INGREDIENTS

  • Pineapple – 1 cup chopped
  • Beetroot – 1 small
  • Guava – 1
  • Mint leaves – ½ cup
  •  Sugar – 3 or 4 tbsp [ depending on the sweetness of the fruits ]
  • Ginger – 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala- 1 tsp
  • lemon juice – 2 tsp
  •  pinch of salt / black salt

METHOD

Pressure cook pineapple + beetroot + guava + sugar + 1 cup water upto 3 whistles.

Cool it

Grind it with ginger and mint leaves .

Strain it .

If the juice is very thick , then adjust water .

Add chaat masala + salt and mix well .

 Refrigerate it or serve with ice cubes if required .

While serving add lemon juice . [ adding lemon juice before changes the colour of the drink ]
