COCONUT SHELL PIZZA / KATORI PIZZA / NARIYAL VATI PIZZA / KULHAD PIZZA WITHOUT OVEN
Pizza is one recipe loved by all. People of all ages love it. It is the perfect combination of cheese, veggies and bread. Although it is an Italian food, it is immensely popular in India. People here love to eat pizza and have a lot of home grown versions of it. Over the time, through experimenting with the ingredients we have made a lot of Indian versions of the classic Pizza recipe.
Here I have come a different version of pizza which is very easy to make and takes very less time to cook.
You can call this pizza very healthy , as we use very less of bread .Veg toppings are more .And cheese just on the top .
In this recipe we will be making Pizza in a coconut shell / vati or katori. It will be a one pot meal.
The best part about this is that it can be cooked in 1 minute in the microwave. It tastes just as the normal pizza.
You can use the toppings of your choice and customize this recipe according to your liking.
You do not need any yeast or oven for this recipe.
You can make it in kadai /pan /cooker easily.
INGREDIENTS
- Bread chopped into small cubes / pizza base chopped into cubes – 2 cup
- Capsicum small cubes / boiled corn / finely chopped onions / finely chopped tomatoes / paneer cubes / olives – 2 cup
- Red chilli flakes as needed
- Mixed herbs / oregano as needed
- Salt to taste
- Mayo / cheese sauce – 3 to 4 tbsp
- Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
- Schezwan sauce – 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup / pizza sauce – 1 tbsp
- Grated mozzerala cheese as needed
- Coconut shell or vati or kulhad or any bowls or katoris or any baby baking tin
NOTE – Ingredients to be taken as per your choice . Quantity opf eacg ingredients depends on your taste

METHOD
Chop and keep the bread cubes aside.
Grate the cheese
Take a big bowl add all the toppings + sauces one by one and mix it well .
Take a shell .
Layer it first with the topping mixture.
Now spread the bread cubes in a ingle layer.
Again spread the topping mixture and press it well.
The toppings have to be topped till top , as it goes down after cooking .
Now generously top it with mozeralla cheese .
Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano .
Heat a pan and place the shells inside .
Now cover and cook on low to medium flame till the cheese melts completely .
Remember not to cook on high flame else the stuffing will burn from bottom .
Once done remove carefully , using tongs and serve hot
NOTE
You can chop and keep all ingredients ready and make it while serving .
