CORIANDER SEEDS DRINK FOR PITTA

INGREDIENTS

  • Coriander seeds –  2 tbsp
  • Jeera – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger – ½ inch
  • Jaggery  / sugar / honey as required
  • Lemon juice – 1 or 2 tsp

Coriander Seeds can ease gas and bloating while improving overall digestion.

METHOD

Soak coriander seeds and jeera separately overnight

Next day morning grind both together with ginger into a very fine paste .

Add little water while grinding .

Strain it and add 1 or 11/2 cup of hot water to the extracted juice .

Now add honey + lemon juice and mix well .

Serve warm on empty stomach .

You can have this drink if you find any symptoms of pitham, indigestion and nausea.
