HARIYALI ANDA CURRY / GREEN MASALA EGG CURRY / EGG HARA MASALA /AFGANI ANDA CURRY / AFGANI GRAVY

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup fresh cream or malai
  • 1/2 cup fresh beaten curd
  • 1 or 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 or 3  tbsp of  oil + butter
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 small onion
  • 10 or 12  cashews
  • 4 or 5  green chillies
  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 3/4  tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 hard boiled eggs [ slice into 2 ]

METHOD

Make a fine paste of all the ingredients except egg and oil .

Heat oil + butter in a pan.

Add the masala paste and cook for 4 to 5 mins on medium flame till oil separates .

Add ½ or 1 cup water or  as needed for the consistency you want

Once it starts boiling add the egg slices .

Simmer for a minute and off the flame .

Serve hot with any Indian bread items or rice variety .
