Moringa, a nutrient-packed superfood that comes from the Moringa oleifera tree in India, has been used for centuries in Eastern cultures to alleviate headaches, ease constipation, stimulate the immune system, promote weight loss, and increase libido. The leaves of the Moringa tree are edible and are used in cooking from olden times but have become popular in the last few years as a superfood.
Studies reveal that it reduces liver damage and even helps prevent liver injury. It may also help in restoring liver enzymes, which allow the organ to perform its many duties: clear our blood of drugs, chemicals, and alcohol; convert glucose to starch for storage; and excrete wastes via bile etc
Moringa leaves have almost all the nutrients we need regularly for good health and well being. They have vitamins, calcium, iron, protein, magnesium, zinc, and are low in fat and this helps to cure numerous health problems by keeping our bodily organs healthy.

INGREDIENTS
- Fermented dosa batter – 4 or 5 cup
- Fresh drumstick leaves – 1 cup tightly packed [ roughly 18 to 20 sprigs ]
- Ginger – a small piece
- Red chilli or green chilli – 1 or 2 or as per taste
- Jeera – 1 tsp

PREPARATION
- Make dosa batter and ferment it – Perfect dosa recipe
- Pluck the leaves and wash it .
- Grind it with ginger + jeera + red chilli into fine paste by adding 2 or 3 tbsp water as needed.[ don’t add excess water ]
METHOD
Add the leaves puree into the dosa batter and mix well.
Adjust salt if needed.
Heat a pan .
When hot rub some oil and then wipe it with wet cloth .
Pour a big ladle of batter on the hot pan and spread it .
Spread it thick oif you want uttapa and spread it thin if you want crispy dosa .
Drizzle ghee / oil as needed.
Now flip and cook on the other side also.
Remove and serve.
Serve hot with any side accompaniments like chutney / sambar etc.
