METHOD
1 cup of good quality wheat.
Clean , wash , rinse and soak the wheat over night .
Drain the excess water.
Wrap it in a damp cloth .and keep it to germinate in colander. [ maintain the dampness of cloth if it dries ]
It may take 1 or 2 days.For me it took 36 hrs .
You can enjoy your sprouted wheat with salad , parathas, sandwiches, kachoris, pooris, etc.
