Paneer paratha without stuffing
PANEER PARATHA WITHOUT STUFFING / PANEER ROTI
Easy to prepare with few ingredients and no stress of stuffing and rolling .No stress of paratha breaking and stuffing coming out.
INGREDIENTS
- Grated and mashed paneer – 2 Cup
- Wheat flour – 2 cup
- Green chilli + garlic + ginger paste – 2 tsp
- Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
- Kasoori methi – 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Oil /ghee for frying the parathas .

- Take the mashed paneer + flour in a big plate
- Add coriander leaves + chaat masala +green chilly ginger garlic paste + salt .
- Mix well and knead to the consistency of paratha dough as shown in the pic. [I have not used any liquid to knead the dough]
- If you are not able to need and the mixture is dry , then sprinkle little water and knead OR wet your hands while kneading .
- Divide the dough into big balls.
- Roll it into circles with the thickness you want.
- Both thin and thick taste nice .
- Fry it on a hot tava by applying ghee or oil on both the sides till brown spots appear.
- Fry on medium flame.[ you can see the paratha puffing up ]
- Serve hot with any dip, green chutney , peanut chutney pwdr ,sauce , curd + pickle ,non-veg gravies.

NOTES.
- Mash the paneer very well.
- Any other spice you like – amchur pwder + chaat masala + jeera pwdr + garam masala + turmeric powder can be added .
- You can also add fresh methi leaves.
- You can also try other parathas prepared in the same way where in you don’t have the stress off stuffing and rolling it which sometimes breaks and the stuffing oozes out.
