CHOCOLATE SHEERA

Let’s give the regular sheera a chocolaty touch! The Chocolate Sheera is an awesome creation that combines the rich flavour and texture of sheera with the chocolaty taste of dark chocolate .
The chocolate added quite a good flavor to the halwa /sheera and you will enjoy it all the more if you are chocoholic ! I am sure the kids will love this variation of sooji halwa /sheera .
INGREDIENTS
- Dark chocolate- ¼ cup chopped
- Milk – ½ cup
- Sugar – ¼ cup
- Cocoa pwdr – 1 tbsp
- water – ½ cup
- Ghee – 1tbsp
- Semolina / rava / sooji – 1/2 cup
- Chopped almonds / badam – 2 tbsp

METHOD
Take milk + sugar + cocoa pwdr + water in a pan and mix well.
See that there are no lumps.
Keep on medium flame and cook for 3 to 4 mins.
Off the flame .
Add the chocolate and mix well.
Heat ghee in a broad non-stick pan , add rava and mix well .
Stir fry on medium flame for 3 mins
Lower the flame and gradually add the chocolate mixture.
Keep stiring .
Cook on medium flame for 2 – 3 mins .
Off the flame and garnish with almonds.
