Eggless fudgy brownie
EGGLESS FUDGY BROWNIE
A chocolate brownie or simply a brownie is a square or rectangular chocolate baked confection. Brownies come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density. They may include nuts, frosting, cream cheese, chocolate chips, or other ingredients.
A perfect brownie can be thick, fudgy, chewy, and chocolaty with a slight hint of gooey goodness. It also has that tissue-thin crinkly crust on top and just melts in your mouth.
These fudgy chocolate brownies are you chocolate dreams come true. The fudgy texture of these brownies, the flaky layer on top and the rich intense flavor make this recipe a total winner. It is an absolutely no-fuss recipe that is very simple to make.
Cakey brownies, like the name implies, are light, moist and airy, with a slightly fluffy, cake-like interior. Fudgy brownies are moist, dense and gooey, with almost the texture of fudge, but not quite as compact.
INGREDIENTS [ ALL INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE ]
- Dark Compound Chocolate chopped – 1 cup
- Butter – 1/4 cup
- Condensed Milk – 1/4 cup
- Milk – ¼ cup
- Granulated Sugar – 6 tbsp
- Maida / Plain Flour – ½ cup
- Cocoa Powder – 21/2 or 3 tbsp
- Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla essence – 3/4 tsp
- Walnuts – ½ cup chopped to garnish [ optional ]
- 8 inch square tin greased and lined with butter paper

METHOD
Sieve together maida + baking pwdr + cocoa pwdr twice and keep aside .
Take the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and melt it , using double boiler method or in microwave .Keep aside .
In a mixie jar take sugar and make fine powder .
Add the butter and blend till creamy and fluffy.
Add vanilla essence + condensed milk + milk and beat it till all blend well .
transfer this into the chocolate bowl and mix well .
Now our dry and wet mixture for brownie is ready .
Before you mix both ,either preheat your oven at 180 * C if baking in oven or preheat your pan/cooker .

Now slowly add the wet mixture into the dry flour mixture .
And mix with a spatula . Mix it really well by using the fold technique.
Add the walnut and give a gentle mix .
Transfer the batter to the tin and level it .
BAKE it in oven at 180 * for 20 – 22 mins. [ when you insert toothpick in centre , it should be sticky ]
Bake it in cooker/pan for 25 – 35 mins on medium flame .
Remove the tin and let it cool .
Lift the butter paper with brownie on a plate , let it rest for an hour .
Slice it and enjoy ….
