GUAVA BEETROOT JUICE
HEALTHY GUAVA BEETROOT JUICE

Packed with essential nutrients, beetroots are a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. Beetroots and beetroot juice have been associated with numerous health benefits, including improved blood flow, lower blood pressure, and increased exercise performance.
Guava juice is a great source of Vitamin C which helps one fight against high blood pressure. It acts as an antioxidant which protect you from chronic diseases. It also helps reduce the risk of heart diseases.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 big guava
- 1/2 beetroot
- Salt / black salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp roasted jeera powder
- 1 or 2 tsp or as per taste sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- water as needed
METHOD
Take chopped beetroot + guava + sugar + water and pressure cook upto 2 whistles.
Allow the pressure to release .
Allow the mixture to cool .
Transfer to mixie jar and blend [ pulse beat ] .
Strain the mixture and transfer to bowl .
Add jeera pwdr +black salt and give a nice mix .
Either refrigerate or add ice cubes and serve.
Add lemon juice while serving .
