LEMON JEERA DRINK / JEERA DETOX DRINK

Benefits of jeera water makes it one of the healthiest drinks ever known. To make jeera water at home, all you need to do is boil a few seeds of jeera (cumin) in water, then allow it to cool and drink it early in the morning on an empty stomach. . “It is essential to drink jeera water every day
INGREDIENTS [ For 6 servings ]
• 5 tbsp jeera
• Water – 3 cup [ 750 ml ]
• Jaggery / honey / Sugar powder as per taste
• black salt
• normal salt
• Ice cubes
METHOD OFR MAKING JEERA CONCENTRATE
Dry roast jeera in a nonstick pan untill it changes the colour lightly and aromatic. [ it should not burn]
Add 3 cup of water and allow to roll boil jeera and water till water reduces to half. [ 20 mins ]
Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
Grind the jeera mixture in a grinder. Strain the thick concentrate of jeera.
Jeera concentrate is ready .Refrigerate and use for 3 to 4 days .
HOW TO MAKE LEMON JEERA JUICE
In a serving glasses, put some crushed ice, add 2 – 3 tbsp of jeera concentrate, 1 tbsp or as per taste – honey /jaggery /powder sugar, squeeze half of lemon, pich black salt and normal salt .
Pour 200 ml normal water or aerated water [soda ]. Mix well and serve immediately .
Jeera drink is ready to serve.
Start your day with a glass full of lemon jeera water.It works as a detox drink also .
