A plum a day may keep anxiety away.
Plums. Plums are relatively low in calories, but contain a fair amount of important vitamins and minerals.
Just one plum packs 481 mg of vitamin C, which is 530% of the DV (3). It’s also rich in potassium, vitamin E and the antioxidant lutein, which may benefit eye health
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tomato diced
- 1 small onion diced
- 4 plums, pitted and diced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper pwdr
- ¼ tsp chilli pwdr
METHOD
Mix tomatoes + onion + plums + garlic + lime juice + salt + black pepper + chilli powder + coriander leaves in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for min 1 hr until flavours blend .
