EGGLESS MALAI CUP CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Maida / flour – 1 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Baking soda – ¼  tsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Homemade cream / malai – ½ cup
  • Vinegar – ½ tsp
  • Powdered sugar – ½ cup
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Essence – ½ tsp any
  • Preheat oven at 180 *
  • Greased and dusted cup cake moulds

METHOD

Sieve together maida + baking pwdr = baking soda twice and keep aside .

Take the malai in a mixing bowl , add oil and beat well.

Add sugar and beat .

Add food colour + essence and mix .

Add milk and give a mix .

Add flour and mix well.

Finally add the vinegar and give a nice mix .

NOTE – Do not over-mix the batter.

Fill the prepared cupcake liners 1/2 full with the cupcake batter.

Bake at for 15-17 minutes  on 180 *C or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 

Remove from oven, transfer to a wire rack and let the cupcakes cool completely.
