INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING

  • Garlic crushed  – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste [ add less as we are adding soya sauce ]
  • Jaggery powder/ honey  – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger finely minced  – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce (light) – 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce – 2 tsp
  • Sesame oil  / olive oil – 1tbsp
  • finely chopped mint leaves – 1 tbsp

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 or 5 cups of any salad veges or fruits  [ Ripe mango sliced  / Cabbage shredded / Purple cabbage shredded / Capsicum sliced  Raw papaya shredded / Carrot juliennes / lettuce / ice berg / onions chopped / orange / apple  pear
  • Sesame (toasted) – 1tbsp
  • Roasted skinless peanut  – 1 tbsp

METHOD

Take all the ingredients under dressing list in a bowl and whisk well .

Taste and adjust the ingredients as needed .

Now add the veges and toss it well so that all ingredients blend well.

Garnish with sesame seeds and peanut .

Chill it for sometimes , before serving .

If you frequently eat green salads, you’ll likely have higher blood levels of a host of powerful antioxidants (vitamin C and E, folic acid, lycopene, and alpha- and beta-carotene,) especially if your salad includes some raw vegetables.

NOTE

  1. Take veges and fruits as per your taste and availability .
  2. Quantity of ingredients also can be adjusted as per personal taste.
  3. For tanginess instead of lemon juice , we can add imli ki chutney .
