STUFFED APPE
Stuffed Appe Recipe – Appe/ Paniyaram is a popular south Indian breakfast, known by different names. Appe are prepared by steaming the idli dosa batter in a special pan. They are crunchy from outside and soft and spongy from inside.
MAKE APPE BATTER USING ANY OF THE BELOW RECIPES-

METHOD
Make small balls of the stuffing .
heat the appe pan with little oil in each cavity .
Now, pour batter till it reaches half of the appam pan, place the potato mixture balls in it, and again pour batter over it.
Cover and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes on low to medium flame.
Carefully flip it and cook on other side also for 1 to 2 minutes.
