CRAB SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

  • Crab meat shredded – 1 cup
  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Onion sliced – 1 big
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
  • Ketchup –  2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread slices as needed
  • Butter as needed

NOTE – Adjust ingredients as per taste

METHOD

Boil or pressure cook the crab. Deshell the cooked crabs and shred the meat and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan .

Stir fry the onions till translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry till raw smell leaves .

Add the masala powders + salt  and stir fry for few seconds.

Lower the flame and add ketchup and mix well.

Note – if very dry drizzle few drops of water.

Add the crab and mix well.

Cook for a min and off the flame.

Add the coriander leaves and mix well.

Now use the crab stuffing and make the sandwich toast as shown in the video.

Serve immediately with green chutney and ketchup .
