HEALTHY AVACADO SALAD FOR WEIGHTLOSS

INGREDIENTS

  • Mixed veges chopped – 2 to 3 cups [ cucumber, bell peppers red and yellow/ green capsicum/ deseeded tomato , black olives ,onion ]
  • Avacado – 1 cup
  • Boiled chana/ rajma – 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper pwdr – 1 tsp
  • Finely minced garlic – 1 tsp
  • Oregano pwdr / Italian herbs – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice – 2 or 3 tsp lemon juice
  • Honey – 1 or 2 tsp [ optional ]
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves or mint leaves or basil leaves torn or dill leaves – 1 or 2 tbsp
  • Feta cheese or  paneer – ½ cup

METHOD

Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic , oregano, salt  and pepper pwdr  together until blended.

Combine the veges and mix well .

Finally sprinkle feta cheese/ paneer + coriander leaves / mint / dill leaves .

Refrigerate for sometimes and serve.
