Healthy lemon ajwain drink
HEALTHY LEMON AJWAIN DRINK /AJWAIN JUICE

Chew a spoonful of raw ajwain seeds every day in the morning. Maintain a gap of half an hour between eating ajwain and having your breakfast. If you have these seeds the first thing in the morning, they help your body release digestive juices which can make digestion better.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 tbsp ajwain /carom seeds
- 3 cup water [ 750 ml ]
- Honey /jaggery /sugar as required
- Lemon juice as required
- Salt
- Black salt
“Ajwain helps in digestion and absorption of food. Due to lesser fat storage, it ultimately leads to weight loss.” Ajwain seeds is also known to increase metabolism.
METHOD
Dry roast ajwain till aromatic .
Add 3 cup water and allow it to boil .
Boil till it reduces to half . [ 20 mins ]
Allow to cool and blend it.
Strain and extract the juice .
This is the concentrate , which can be stored in fridge and used upto 3 to 4 days .
HOW TO MAKE JUICE
Take 2 1/2 or 3 tbsp of ajwain concentrate in a glass .
Add 1 tsp lemon juice + honey / jaggery / sugar as per taste + a pinch of salt and black salt .
Add chilled water / soda and mix well.
You can also add few ice cubes .
Serve immediately .
Ajwain is a natural digestive aid which helps clean the digestive tract. It also boosts metabolism and aids in weight loss. The best time to drink Ajwain water is on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Acidity due to indigestion can also be treated with this Ajwain Water.
