PANEER PEANUT GRAVY

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 0r 250 grms paneer cube
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • Small piece of ginger
  • 7 or 8 garlic
  • 4 or 5 or as per taste green chill
  • ½  cup roasted peeled peanuts
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ¼  tsp turmeric
  • ¼  tsp jeera pwdr
  • ½  tsp kitchen king masala [ optional ]
  • ½ tsp garam masala pwdr
  • 2 or 3 tsp Lemon juice
  • salt to taste

METHOD

Make a coarse paste of peanut , coriander leaves , green chilli , garlic , ginger , coriander pwdr , turmeric , jeera ,kitchen king masala  .

Heat oil in a pan .

Add the masala paste and stir fry for 4 – 5 mins on medium flame .

Add garam masala pwder and give a nice mix .

Add hot water and give a mix.{ water as per the consistency you want , don’t make it thin]

Bring to a boil.

Add paneer and mix well.

Simmer for a min.

Add lemon juice , mix well and off the flame .

Serve as side dish .
