AVACADO CHUTNEY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Avocado : 1 large
Coriander : 1 cup (fresh leaves and tender stems)
Green Chillies : 1–2
Garlic : 2– 3 cloves
Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
Ginger : small piece
1 tsp roasted Cumin powder
Chaat masala – ½  tsp
Salt to taste
Water: 2 – 3 tbsp (as needed )

METHOD

Halve the avocado, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh.

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until almost smooth, with tiny bits of green herbs still visible Or you can blend it until smooth and creamy if that’s what you prefer.

Taste the chutney and adjust salt and water until you get the desired taste and consistency.

Serve with your tandoori/tikka/chaats/sandwiches.
