BLUEBERRY OVERNIGHT SOAKED OATS CHIA SEEDS SMOOTHIES /BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 5 or 6 almonds / cashews / walnuts
  • 2 or 3 seedless dates
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup Water / milk
  • Any sweetener to adjust taste

NOTE – you can freeze the blueberry and use .

METHOD

Combine oats + cashew + dates +  milk/water in a bowl , cover and refrigerate until complete water /milk is absorbed by oats for 8 hours to overnight.

Soak the chia seeds separately in water .

Next day transfer the soaked ingredients to a mixie jar and grind.

Now open and add the blue berry and grind into smooth texture.

Add milk / water / curd while grinding to adjust the consisitency .

Now mix in the chia seeds , dont grind .

Pour smoothie into 2 bowls and serve immediately .
